Items are shipped ground delivery only via UPS within the 48 contiguous United States. We do reserve the right to ship
via any carrier, standard, or method. Orders received by 12:00 noon PST for in stock items, usually ship within the next
business day. Normal ground delivery can be from 5 to 10 business days.
Note: Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Please do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays when
calculating shipping days.

Free Shipping for Orders of $100.00 or more
We are pleased to offer our customers free standard ground shipping for orders totaling one hundred dollars or more.
This free shipping promotion is only valid for the 48 continental United States. Unfortunately, Alaska and Hawaii do
not qualify for this promotion.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout for orders being delivered to Hawaii & Alaska. Feel free to contact
us for more information on the shipping costs for these states. At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and we
no longer ship to P.O. Boxes.
Out of Stock Items
If your order qualifies for our free shipping promotion but any item(s) you choose are out of stock, you will no longer qualify
if the subtotal for the remaining item(s) falls below the $100 threshold. We will contact you by phone or email for out of
stock items. You will need to substitute the out of stock item to meet the $100 threshold, otherwise you will incur a
shipping charge stated from the rates table above. If we are unable to reach you within within 72 hours of your order being
placed, we will ship the in-stock items and refund you the adjusted amount (less the shipping cost).
Tony Shoes & Wear Shipping
Tony Shoes & Wear Apparel are made upon order. These items typically take 2-4 weeks to be made before they are shipped.
If your order contains any Tony item(s), we will only process your order as a single shipment. If you prefer to receive your
other items first and wait for the Tony item(s) to be completed then you'll need to pay a separate shipping charge for the
second shipment. The shipping cost will be a UPS quoted rate and the Tony item(s) will not be shipped until it is paid.
Tony Shoes & Wear Cancellations
You have 24 hours to notify us of any cancellations on orders for any Tony products. If we do not hear from you by phone or
email within that timeframe your order will be submitted to Tony Shoes Inc for processing. If you decide you don't want the
item during its processing or after its creation, you will incur the 15% restocking fee policy as stated on our Returns &
Exchanges page.
Warehouse Locations
All in-stock items at our warehouse will be shipped from our California location. Items being shipped from their respective
manufacturer will be coming from these locations.

International Orders
As of 08/21/2009 we no longer ship to international customers. Due to the state of the economy we've had to make some
tough business decisions, one being to no longer stock the items listed on our website. Items purchased from our store
will be shipped directly from their respective manufacturers. Unfortunately, these manufacturers will only ship to
addresses within the United States and therefore international orders will not be accepted. In the future we will offer
international shipping once again when the economy takes a turn for the better.

For UPS Ground shipments:
Orders placed before 12 p.m. PST - ship on third business day or earlier
Orders placed after 12 p.m. PST - ship on fourth business day or earlier
For UPS Air shipments:
Order placed before 1 p.m. PST - ship on the same day
Order placed after 1 p.m. PST - ship next day or earlier
