Items are shipped ground delivery primarily via UPS and sometimes we ship via FedEx or the Postal Service within the 48 contiguous United States.
We reserve the right to ship via any carrier, standard, or method. Orders received by 12:00 noon PST for in stock items, usually ship within the next business day.
Normal ground delivery can be from 5 to 10 business days.
Note: Orders are delivered Monday-Friday. Please do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays when calculating shipping days.

We are pleased to offer our customers free standard ground shipping for orders totaling one hundred dollars or more. This free shipping promotion is only valid for the 48 continental United States. Unfortunately, Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for this promotion, sorry!
Additional shipping charges will be added to orders going to Hawaii & Alaska. We will contact you prior to shipping the order. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Orders
We are pleased to now offer international shipping to selected countries. All international shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail International (delivers in approximately 5 business days - possibly longer depending on destination and customs). Shipping charges during checkout are only estimates and actual costs are determined after your order has been shipped. A default shipping charge of $110.00 is placed on your credit card to cover shipping. Once your order is shipped, the actual cost is applied to the order and the difference is removed. All international orders are subject to a $10.00 handling charge and the average USPS cost is typically around $45.00.
If you're not interested in expedited shipping, please specify in the order comments section when you proceed through checkout that you want your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (approximately takes 6-10 business days, but may be longer).
Please also note that you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your purchase. We cannot estimate the amount of these taxes as they are not determined by ProvocaWear.com and are not paid to ProvocaWear.com. We are not responsible for any carrier errors or delays.
