Returns & Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policies last revised on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 08:00 PM PDT.

30 Day Return Policy
We do our best to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one and to ensure you are happy with your purchase, all items sold by ProvocaWear are returnable up to 30 days following the shipment delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 days for a refund. Non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee charge per item. We are sorry, but there is absolutely no refunds or exchanges after 30 days. For refunds or exchanges on any item, you must contact us at returns@provocawear.com within 5 business days of your order being delivered.

Federal law prohibits the return of undergarments: bras, panties, corsets, bustiers, stockings, thongs and swimwear or any set that contains one or more of these for exchange unless the item is deemed defective. We do not accept returns on costumes or clearance items. All sales are final on costumes and clearance items. There will be no returns or exchanges on costumes, lingerie items, or clearance items.

Returnable Condition
Returns must be made within 30 days following the shipment delivery date of your order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all instances. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on any item they return, excluding damaged or defective items. All return items must have tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. Products must be in re-salable condition. Worn, broken, or damaged items from customer use will not be accepted for return.

Return Procedure
We have procedures in place to make returns and exchanges with our company fast and easy. You must notify us within 5 days of delivery of your order if you want to return or exchange the item(s) you've purchased. There will be no exceptions to this rule and we will not accept any returns if this condition is not met. Please read and follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange with us.

  1. RMA Before you mail us any returns, please obtain an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization by emailing us at returns@provocawear.com. Please include your full name, order number, if you want a return or exchange, and reason for return in your email. We cannot generate a RMA number for you unless you tell us why you want to return the item(s).

  2. Shipping We will provide you with the RMA number and warehouse address where you can ship the item(s) back to us. Please include the original package, packing material, and copy of the original invoice (if provided). Write down the RMA number on the invoice or a sheet of paper and include it in the package. Items sent for return must be properly packaged to protect against damage. Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original packaging if possible.

  3. Returns Tracking Once you have shipped your return you must provide us (by phone or email) the tracking number of your package. We will monitor its progress to ensure it reaches our warehouse. If there is a problem with the shipment, we will contact the carrier and try to resolve the issue, however we can only do this if you give us the tracking number. Expect delays in processing your refund or exchange if you don't provide us with the tracking number of your package.

  4. Returns Once we receive your return or exchange we will begin processing it. This process usually takes 24-48 hours of your return arriving at our warehouse. If your return item(s) pass our inspection process you will be issued a refund if chosen. Non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we'll issue you a full refund only after it's been received, inspected, and deemed defective by us.

  5. Exchanges If you choose to do an exchange, we will contact you to inquire the item(s) you want sent to you. Any item price differences will be invoiced to you (which you can pay online via credit card) prior to your exchange being shipped out. Once settled, we will ship your exchange to you only via ground shipping at our cost. If you prefer expedited shipping, you will be invoiced the shipping cost for the expedited shipping method you choose prior to the exchange being sent. Exchanges are not subject to the 15% restocking fee and we pay for only ground shipping of your exchange. If you are not satisfied with your exchange, it's your responsibility to pay for shipping both ways for any subsequent returns or exchanges. We will only pay for ground shipping of the first exchange shipped to you.

  6. International Customers We do accept returns and exchanges from international customers provided all the same procedures stated above are followed, however due to the costs involved with international shipping it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping both ways in all instances. We recommended you verify against size charts, photos, colors, and every aspect of the product before you make a final decision to purchase it. This will reduce the risk of you having to do a return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. If your item is defective, ProvocaWear will replace the item or issue a refund, whichever you wish.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

ProvocaWear.com's limited liability

ProvocaWear.com does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier's mistakes or wrongdoings. In addition, however, ProvocaWear.com will issue a second shipment, under special conditions, 15 days after UPS claims the package lost. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, ProvocaWear.com's liability is limited to assisting in package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval.
