30 Day Return Policy We do our best to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. To ensure
you are happy with your purchase, all items sold by ProvocaWear are returnable up to 30 days
of the purchase date and a charge of 15% restocking fee per item. We will credit your card, less the 15% restocking
fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 30 days for a refund.
We are sorry, there is absolutely no refund nor exchanges after 30 days. Refund or exchanges for defective items
must contact us at returns@provocawear.com and return within 5 business days.
Returnable Condition Returns must be made within 30 days following the invoice date on your order. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable in all instances. Any returns that causes the original order to fall below the minimum
"free shipping" order size of $100 will result in a recalculation of the shipping and handling charges which will be deducted from
the refund amount. Customer is responsible for any item they returned, including damaged or defective items. Products must be
in re-salable condition, packaging, and shoebox. Worn, broken, or damaged items will be not be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. If your item is defective,
ProvocaWear will replace the item or issue a return whichever you wish.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE
ProvocaWear.com's limited liability
ProvocaWear.com does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier's mistakes or wrongdoings.
In addition, however, ProvocaWear.com will issue a second shipment, under special conditions, 15 days after UPS claims the package
lost. Under any CIRCUMSTANCES, ProvocaWear.com's liability is limited to assisting in package locating, and to provide second
shipment upon condition approval.
Return Procedure
- RMA Before you mail us any returns, please obtain an RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization by emailing us at
returns@provocawear.com.
- Shipping Please include the original package, packing material, and the original invoice. Write down the RMA number on
the invoice. Items sent for return must be properly packaged to protect against loss or damage. Returns need to be carefully
packed and we recommend the original packaging if possible.
Shipping Methods
ProvocaWear.com offers UPS, U.S. Postal Service and/or other shipping methods at our discretion. We do not ship internationally.
International orders please contact us at customerservice@provocawear.com.
UPS DOES NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS. WE ARE NOT OPEN DURING WEEKENDS.
- All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have
ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment.
When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it
becomes available.
- Ground Shipping is only available to the continental 48 US states.
- To ensure delivery, we only ship to confirmed addresses (monitored by Paypal).
- Selected items have restricted shipping options, based on size and weight of the product. See product page for limitations.
- Free shipping items may take up to 7-12 business days for delivery and is limited to the continental 48 US states.
- Next Day Air Saver All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon PST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours.
NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information and will
not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Second Day Air When you place your order before 12:00 noon PST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive
two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you placed your order. NOTE: Once a package
has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information of the order and will not be
held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
- 3 Day Select When you place your order before 12:00 noon PST of a business day, you can expect your package to arrive
three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order. NOTE: Once a package
has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information of the order and will not be held
responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
- Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we
cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve
the dispute to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
- All orders less than one pound and with a total value under $80.00 USD may be shipped by USPS services. (First Class:
packages are usually delivered within 7-9 days to any destination; Priority Mail: packages are usually delivered within
2-5 days to any destination).
* A cleared order is defined as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not
limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the
ordered item(s).
Cancellation of Orders
All orders that have been processed (Charged) CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed
within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us at
customerservice@provocawear.com as soon as possible.
Price Changes
ProvocaWear.com reserves the right to change any price at anytime. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve
the right to refuse any order.
Typographical Errors
ProvocaWear.com is not responsible for typographical errors, price differences, or coupon codes validity posted by forums,
or any 3rd party affiliates. |
