Do you require a minimum order? |

No, we don't have any minimum order requirements. Order as much or as little as you like from us. |

How long does it take for you to ship my order? |

We ship your order usually within 2-3 business days as long as there are no complications with processing your payment or verifying your shipping address. Depending on the level of urgency, you can select a shipping option such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, or regular Ground. What if the shoes don't fit, can I return them? |

Yes, as far as they are unworn, in original shoebox and within 30 days of the purchase date. However, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. For more information regarding our returns and exchanges policies, please click here. |

Can you deliver to a PO Box? |
| A. |
Yes, we can deliver your order to a PO Box, however the only shipping carrier that will do so is the United States Postal Service. When you place you order, you'll need to choose an USPS as the shipping method. |

Do you offer discreet shipping? |

In most cases we offer discreet shipping, meaning packages are shipped in either unlabeled/branded plain boxes or brown postal wrap. The shipping label will have our parent company's name, Top Edge Enterprises LLC, and address information. There may be times when we will have items shipped directly from the manufacturer if we don't have it in stock at our warehouse. We cannot guarantee packages will be discreet in these circumstances and have no control how the manufacturers package your shipment. |

Do you store my credit card information? |

No, we never store your credit card information. When you place an order with our company, your credit card information is securely transferred over secure sockets layer (SSL) to our payment processor for validation and funds capture. We never see your credit card number or cvv2 code and it is never revealed to us. The only information we do have access to is your credit card type and expiration month/year. We retain this information solely for order verification purposes. |

What is the business name that will show on my credit card statement? |

If you pay by PayPal or credit card, "Top Edge Enterprises LLC" or "PayPal * TOPEDGEENT" is the business name that will appear on your credit card statement. If you pay using Google Checkout, "Google * ProvocaWear" will be the name that appears on your credit card statement. ProvocaWear.com is a subsidiary of Top Edge Enterprises LLC. |

What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material? |
| A. |
Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking. |

How do you convert a man's shoes size to a lady's shoes size? |

Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A man's 9 converts to a woman's 11. Please check our conversion chart for more information. |

How can I remove glue marks on the shoes? |
| A. |
Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop. |

How can I clean a shoe in patent material that has been on display and collected dust? |
| A. |
Use Patent Glow, which is one of the accessory items we sell. Do NOT use water or alcohol as they may rid the material of its shininess. |

How can I change batteries on a light-up shoes? |
| A. |
Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using a hair dryer, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back. |

All Pleaser, Lucious and Devious shoes are marked in U.S. women's sizing, while Demonia shoes are marked in either U.S. women's or U.S. men's sizing. The shoe size conversion chart below only serves as a guide to help you determine the sizing equivalent of our products in different parts of the world. Please note that the actual sizing may differ slightly from the chart as the size conversions listed are APPROXIMATE - there is no universally accepted international conversion for shoe sizing; it may also vary slightly from collection to collection among our different brands.
